Payment may be made for domestic orders by bank deposit, Australia Post money order, bank cheque or secure credit card payment. We accept Visa Card and Mastercard. Where money order, bank cheque or bank deposit is selected, orders will be sent following receipt of payment. Orders will be held for one week only.
International orders are welcome! We accept credit card payments (Visa or Mastercard) for international orders but are unable to accept cheques or money orders for international orders.

Please note, we only charge actual postage and packing costs - we do not charge for handling. Where the actual postage and packing cost is greater than calculated during checkout, we will email you to notify you of the extra charge. Flannel generally incurs greater shipping costs than flat cotton.
All fabric is 100% cotton and 45" wide unless otherwise noted. We have a minimum 1/2 yard cut for yardage.
We cannot accept returns on cut fabric unless the item is faulty, in which case it may be returned within 15 days of purchase, accompanied by purchase receipt. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
Charm squares may be returned in their original condition, unused and unopened within 15 days of purchase, accompanied by purchase receipt. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
No unauthorised returns will be accepted.
